Interested in the physical building blocks that make up our world, Saarthak Aggarwal is an experienced and knowledgeable chemistry tutor with an exceptional ability to break down complex concepts, making learning chemistry fun and engaging. As a previous 2022 State Ranker in Chemistry (Top 20 in the HSC for Chemistry) and with experience in tutoring, Saarthak is a well-rounded tutor who engages students to ensure they understand the ins and outs of HSC Chemistry and chemistry in general.

Saarthak’s unique teaching style and approach provide students with the tools for their success. Each lesson is more than just a lecture, but a tailored session designed to target common weaknesses to maximize understanding. His students’ results speak for themselves; including a 2023 state ranker and 65% of students achieving a Band 6 in Chemistry. However, this is more than just an example of tutoring success; it is a testament to the high level of commitment he has for each of his students and his willingness to help them achieve their own success.

Outside of the classroom, Saarthak has many interests, including, swimming, druming and Poker.

Andrew Doan is more than just a person with an interest in maths; he is an excellent mentor and tutor with many years of experience working with students in mathematics. He understands that not everyone grasps maths as quickly as others, and for many, maths can seem daunting and unapproachable, especially without the core foundational knowledge taught in previous years.

With this in mind, Andrew developed a dedicated approach that targets weaknesses in each student’s mathematical ability, ensuring their core understanding is nothing short of absolute before moving on. Even in group settings, this method can be highly effective. With 24/7 support, Andrew is always happy to help students with their mathematical questions, including jumping on a quick call to help explain a concept or two. Andrew is committed to the success of his students and providing them with the resources and tools they need to achieve success.

In university, Andrew studies a Double Degree in Actuarial Studies and Economics at UNSW after achieving Dux at his high school. He currently works as a Student Ambassador and is a Society President, exemplifying his commitment and experience in working with students. Andrew actively participates in debating and has a keen interest in public speaking and hiking.
